1. Visually inspect whether the door rail and door leaf are deformed, blocked, and whether the manual button is locked properly.
2. Check if the electrical control box of the rolling shutter door has normal signals and if the box is damaged.
3. Open the button box door and press the up (or down) button to raise or lower the rolling shutter door.
4. During the button operation of raising (or lowering), the operator should pay attention to automatically stopping the fireproof rolling shutter door when it reaches the end position. Otherwise, it should be manually stopped quickly and can only resume normal operation after the limiting device is repaired (or adjusted).
Fire resistant rolling shutter door self-control inspection:
1. Using burning cigarettes or other smoke sources, any smoke in the system will trigger an alarm signal from the automatic device. At the same time, the electronic control system of the rolling shutter door will automatically start and descend twice to close the rolling shutter door. The rolling shutter door slides down to about 1.2 meters on the ground and stops, with a delay of about 90 seconds. Then the rolling shutter door automatically starts and closes completely.
After the rolling shutter door is closed, it can be reopened after the smoke (or temperature) signal disappears or the reset button is reset.
3. Fire center button operation inspection: The fire center only sets up a rolling shutter door closing button. After the operation is completed and the rolling shutter door is closed in place through the second descent, confirm whether the fire center signal is normal.
